- Step 1 Heat pan, add 1 tsp butter, 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 1/4 cup chopped carrot, 1 tbsp boiled chopped potato and a cup of water
- Step 3 Cover and cook until soft and mushy
- Step 4 Blend to a smooth texture using a hand blender
- Step 5 Add Nestlé A+ Milk, 1 tbsp grated cheese and salt for taste
- Step 6 Simmer over low flame until all flavors combine well and it thickens
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 8 Serve warm.
