7.0 Slice(41.0 gm) Orange Carrot

1.0 Grated Tbsp(8.0 gm) Cheese

0.13 Tsp(0.42 gm) Alsi

0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt

2.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Butter
On a slice of bread, apply 1/2 tsp butter.
Keep 4 carrot slices and sprinkle 1 tbsp grated cheese, 1/8 tsp alsi, 1/8 tsp salt and close with other bread slice.
Serve a healthy fresh carrot cheese and flax seed sandwich with an accompaniment of your choice.
