- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2.5 tbsp oil, 3 tbsp powdered sugar and whisk it.
- Step 2 Add oats powder, 1/4 tsp each of baking powder, baking soda, and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 cup grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped dates, and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.
- Step 4 Add 4 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, 10 black raisins and mix well to form a thick batter.
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chia seeds
- Step 6 Bake the mix, in a preheated oven, for 20 mins at 180 degrees.
- Step 7 Once done, remove carrot cake oatmeal from the oven, and let it cool.
- Step 8 Serve.
