Carrots are packed with Vitamin A and antioxidants that are very beneficial for eyes and skin. Best way to sneak in veggies in your child meal.
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp oil and 3 tbsp powdered sugar and whisk it well.
Next, add 1/2 cup of powdered oats, 1/4th tsp each of baking powder, baking soda, and 1/10th tsp salt.
Add 1/4th cup of grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped dates, and 1/4th tsp vanilla extract.
Add 3 tbsp milk, 10 black raisins and mix well.
Mix well and make into a dough.
Bake the mix, in a preheated oven, for 20 mins at 180 degrees.
Remove carrot cake oatmeal from the oven, and let it cool.
