2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
  • In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp oil and 3 tbsp powdered sugar and whisk it well.

  • Next, add 1/2 cup of powdered oats, 1/4th tsp each of baking powder, baking soda, and 1/10th tsp salt.

  • Add 1/4th cup of grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped dates, and 1/4th tsp vanilla extract.

  • Add 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, 10 black raisins and mix well.

  • Mix well and make into a dough.

  • Bake the mix, in a preheated oven, for 20 mins at 180 degrees.

  • Remove carrot cake oatmeal from the oven, and let it cool.
