- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp oil and 4 tbsp mashed dates and whisk it well.
- Step 2 Next, add 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 1/4 tsp each of baking powder, baking soda, and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 cup of grated carrot, 1 tbsp chocolate chips and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.
- Step 4 Add 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, 10 black raisins and mix to combine all ingredients.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding walnuts.
- Step 6 Mix well and make a smooth batter.
- Step 7 Grease mould with 1/2 tsp oil. Pour the batter into the moulds.
- Step 8 Bake in a preheated oven for 20 mins at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Step 9 Remove the carrot cake muffin from the oven and let it cool.
- Step 10 Serve and enjoy.
