0.1 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
1/2 Cup(64.0 gm) Maida
1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Chocolate Chips
2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
1/4 Tsp(0.89 gm) Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Baking Soda
10 Number(8.0 gm) Black Raisin
1/4 Tsp(0.83 gm) Vanilla Extract
3 Powder Tbsp(33.0 gm) Sugar
3 Tbsp(34.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Dates
1/4 Grated Cup(36.0 gm) Carrot
  • In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp oil and 3 tbsp sugar powder and whisk it well.

  • Next, add 1/2 cup maida, 1/4 tsp each of baking powder, baking soda, and 1/8 tsp salt.

  • Add 1/4 cup of grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped dates, 1 tbsp chocolate chips, and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.

  • Add 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, 10 black raisins and mix well.

  • Mix well and make smooth batter.

  • Grease mould with 1/2 tsp oil.

  • Bake the mix, in a preheated oven, for 20 mins at 180 degrees Celsius.

  • Remove carrot cake muffin from the oven, and let it cool.
