In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp oil and 3 tbsp sugar powder and whisk it well.
Next, add 1/2 cup maida, 1/4 tsp each of baking powder, baking soda, and 1/8 tsp salt.
Add 1/4 cup of grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped dates, 1 tbsp chocolate chips, and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.
Add 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, 10 black raisins and mix well.
Mix well and make smooth batter.
Grease mould with 1/2 tsp oil.
Bake the mix, in a preheated oven, for 20 mins at 180 degrees Celsius.
Remove carrot cake muffin from the oven, and let it cool.
