  • In a pan, add 2 tsp olive oil, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp grated garlic and saute well.

  • Add pureed carrot and mix well.

  • Now, add water, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 cup chopped broccoli, and mix well.

  • Cover and cook.

  • Turn off the heat and, add 3 tbsp grated cheese on top.

  • Serve hot.
