- Step 1
Rice Mixture
In a bowl add cooked rice, steamed broccoli, steamed carrot, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste,1/2 tsp grated garlic,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,1/8th tsp salt,1 tbsp cornflour and mash well.
- Step 2
For Stuffing
Add 1 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese,1/4th tsp mixed herbs and mix well.
- Step 3
Take a portion of rice mixture and gently press it.
- Step 4
Fill in 1 tbsp of cheese mixture, fold and roll into the balls.
- Step 5
Coat it with crushed oats and heat oil for frying in a pan.
- Step 6
Deep fry till golden brown and serve hot with tomato ketchup and enjoy.
