  • In a blender add 1/4 cup chopped palak,1/4 cup chopped beetroot, 1/4 cup chopped carrot, 1/4 cup chopped tomato, 1 tsp chopped pudina.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1/4 tsp salt.

  • Blend it to liquid consistency.
