These vegan meatballs prepared with beetroot and carrot make it power packed snack recipe with essential nutrients like fibre, vitamin A & minerals and an excellent meal option for everyone.
Nutrition Information per serve
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp each of grated carrot and grated beetroot.
Add 1 tbsp oats flour, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp garam masala and 1/4th tsp red chilly powder.
Now add 1/8th tsp each of turmeric powder, black pepper powder and salt.
Finish off by adding 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves and 1 tbsp chopped mustard leaves, mix evenly using your hands till it turns out into a dough.
Make medium sized balls.
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, ad prepared meatballs.
Shallow fry evenly till it turns crispy and golden brown.
