Carrot Beet Meatballs Recipe

1 Chopped Tbsp(4.0 gm) Mustard Leaves
1 Flour Tbsp(6.0 gm) Oats
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.36 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Haldi
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Grated Tbsp(16.0 gm) Beet Root
2 Grated Tbsp(19.0 gm) Carrot
  • In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp each of grated carrot and grated beetroot.

  • Add 1 tbsp oats flour, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp garam masala and 1/4th tsp red chilly powder.

  • Now add 1/8th tsp each of turmeric powder, black pepper powder and salt.

  • Finish off by adding 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves and 1 tbsp chopped mustard leaves, mix evenly using your hands till it turns out into a dough.

  • Make medium sized balls.

  • Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, ad prepared meatballs.

  • Shallow fry evenly till it turns crispy and golden brown.
