  • In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp each of grated carrot and grated beetroot.

  • Add 1 tbsp oats flour, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp garam masala and 1/4th tsp red chilly powder.

  • Now add 1/8th tsp each of turmeric powder, black pepper powder and salt.

  • Finish off by adding 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves and 1 tbsp chopped mustard eaves, mix evenly using your hands till it turns out into a dough.

  • Make medium sized balls.

  • Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add prepared meatballs.

  • Shallow fry evenly till it turns crispy and golden brown.

  • Cut burger bun from middle, apply 2 tsp pizza sauce evenly on buns.

  • Place cooked meatballs and cover with other half of the bun.

  • Press gently and serve.
