- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp each of grated carrots and grated beetroot.
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp oats flour, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp garam masala and 1/4th tsp red chilli powder.
- Step 3
Now add 1/8th tsp each of turmeric powder, black pepper powder and salt.
- Step 4
Finish off by adding 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves and 1 tbsp chopped mustard leaves, mix evenly using your hands till it turns out into a dough.
- Step 5
Make medium sized patty.
- Step 6
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add prepared patty.
- Step 7
Shallow fry evenly till it turns crispy and golden brown.
- Step 8
Cut burger bun from middle, apply 2 tsp pizza sauce evenly on buns.
- Step 9
Place cooked patty and cover with other half of the bun.
- Step 10
Press gently and serve.
