- Step 1 Heat a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, kadi patta and let it crackle.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute until golden brown.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 cup diced carrot, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder and mix together
- Step 4 Pour in some water, add 1/8 cup boiled and diced potato, 1/4 tsp chopped coriander leaves, blanched french beans and mix everything together
- Step 5 Cook for a minute until all flavors combine together
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 7 Serve warm
