1/8 Tsp(0.18 gm) Garam Masala

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil

As Required(30.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan heat 2 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped onion, add 1/2 tsp jeera, 3 tbsp fresh peas, 3 tbsp chopped carrot, 3 tbsp chopped french beans.

  • Spice it up 1/8th tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp haldi and 1/4th tsp salt.

  • Add water, cover and cook well.

  • Serve with chapatti.
