In a pan heat 2 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped onion, add 1/2 tsp jeera, 3 tbsp fresh peas, 3 tbsp chopped carrot, 3 tbsp chopped french beans.
Spice it up 1/8th tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp haldi and 1/4th tsp salt.
Add water, cover and cook well.
Serve with chapatti.
