Carrot barfi is a quick sweet treat for your kids. Every bite is soft, delectable and mouthwatering.
Nutrition Information per serve
Take a frying pan and heat it at a low flame.
Add 1.5 tbsp Ghee followed by 1 cup Grated Carrot.
Saute till all the water evaporates and it turns goldenbrown color.
Add 1.5 tbsp Sugar and 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk
Mix it well to dissolve the sugar evenly and it becomes slightly thicker.
Fold in 2 tbsp Khoa making sure its uniformly mixed.
Put in 2 tsp Chopped Badam as well and mix.
Grease a tin with some ghee and chopped badam.
Transfer to the Tin, let it cool and then cut into desired size.
Serve warm or cold.
