- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1.5 tbsp ghee, add 1 cup grated carrot and saute.
- Step 2 Saute over low heat until excess moisture evaporates.
- Step 3 Add 1.5 tbsp sugar, 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and mix it well.
- Step 4 Cook until sugar dissolves and it thickens.
- Step 5 Add 2 tbsp khoa and mix it well.
- Step 6 Add 2 tsp chopped almond and mix.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped walnuts.
- Step 8 Grease a tin with little ghee and add chopped almond.
- Step 9 Transfer to the tin and gently press it.
- Step 10 Let it cool until set and cut into desired size.
- Step 11 Enjoy the tasty treat.
