Carrot Barfi Recipe

1.0 Grated Cup(114.0 gm) Carrot
1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
2.0 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Khoa
2.0 Chopped Tsp(5.0 gm) Almond
2.0 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Sugar
2.0 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Ghee
  • Take a frying pan and heat it at a low flame.

  • Add 1.5 tbsp Ghee followed by 1 cup Grated Carrot.

  • Saute till all the water evaporates and it turns goldenbrown color.

  • Add 1.5 tbsp Sugar and 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk

  • Mix it well to dissolve the sugar evenly and it becomes slightly thicker.

  • Fold in 2 tbsp Khoa making sure its uniformly mixed.

  • Put in 2 tsp Chopped Badam as well and mix.

  • Grease a tin with some ghee and chopped badam.

  • Transfer to the Tin, let it cool and then cut into desired size.

  • Serve warm or cold.
