1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice

2 Tsp(9.0 gm) Sugar

As Required(50.0 ml) Water
  • In a blender jar, add 1/2 cup anar seeds, 1/4th cup chopped carrot, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp chopped pudina, 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp lemon juice and water.

  • Blend it well till all the ingredients are mixed together.

  • Serve it chilled.
