1/4 Cup(54.0 gm) Barley
1.25 Tbsp(16.0 gm) Sugar
100 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
1 Number(0.23 gm) Green Elaichi
1/2 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
  • In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp ghee,1 green elaichi, 1/4 cup barley and saute it till light brown in color.

  • Add into the water as required,1.25 tbsp sugar ,mix and cook it nicely.

  • Serve hot
