Caramel Custard Recipe

The classic caramel custard, with the goodness of caramelized sugar. This dessert contains egg which makes it highly rich in protein!

1.0 Egg Whole (With Shell)(53.0 gm) Egg
1.0 Cup(204.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
3.0 Tbsp(39.0 gm) Sugar
2.0 Tsp(5.0 gm) Custard Powder
10.0 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan, heat 3 tbsp sugar, add water as required and mix well. Transfer to an aluminium tin and keep aside.

  • In a bowl, beat 1 whole egg, 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 2 tsp custard powder and mix well.

  • Add 1.5 tbsp sugar and stir.

  • Transfer the mixture to the aluminium vessel.

  • Place the aluminium vessel in a double boiler, cover and cook for 15 minutes.

  • Demould the custard.

  • Serve.
