1.0 Egg Whole (With Shell)(53.0 gm) Egg
1.0 Cup(204.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
3.0 Tbsp(39.0 gm) Sugar
2.0 Tsp(5.0 gm) Custard Powder
10.0 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
In a pan, heat 3 tbsp sugar, add water as required and mix well. Transfer to an aluminium tin and keep aside.
In a bowl, beat 1 whole egg, 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 2 tsp custard powder and mix well.
Add 1.5 tbsp sugar and stir.
Transfer the mixture to the aluminium vessel.
Place the aluminium vessel in a double boiler, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Demould the custard.
Serve.
