For Dough
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup maida, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, 2 tbsp butter, 1/4

- Step 3 Remove the dough to a greased bowl, cover it, and place it in the refrigerator

- Step 1 In a pan, add 5 tbsp sugar and enough water to allow the sugar to melt nicely.
- Step 2 Cook until it turns brown in color.
- Step 3 Then, add 1.5 tbsp fresh cream and stir to combine. Switch off the flame and
- Step 4 add 1.5 tbsp butter, mixing well.

For Buns
- Step 1 Take the dough and roll it out into a rectangular shape. Spread the caramel
- Step 2 and 1/2 cup diced apples over it.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 4 Gently roll it up tightly and cut into 4inch thick slices using thread.
- Step 5 Place the cut buns into a greased muffin mold and bake at 180 degrees
- Step 6 Celsius for 20 minutes.
- Step 7 Serve.
