Capsicum Salad Recipe

Capsicum salad combines crisp bell peppers making it refreshing and high in vitamin A and C. Adding grated paneer for Protein & Fat will boost bone and teeth health.

1/4 Diced Cup(29.0 gm) Capsicum
1/4 Diced Cup(32.0 gm) Red Capsicum
1/4 Diced Cup(36.0 gm) Yellow Capsicum
1.0 Powder Tsp(3.0 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
  • In a bowl, add 1/4 cup each of diced green, yellow and red bell peppers.

  • Season with 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper and mix well.

  • Garnish with rated paneer and serve.
