Capsicum Pakoda Recipe

Deep fried capsicum pakoda is the perfect hot snack you should be eating on a cold winter day.!

1/8 Cup(14.0 gm) Capsicum(Diced)

1/2 Cup(61.0 gm) Besan
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Ajwain
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly(Powder)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi

1/8 Tsp(0.18 gm) Garam Masala
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

For Frying(7.0 ml) Oil

  • Preparation

    In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup besan,1/4 tsp salt,1/4th tsp red chilly powder,1/4th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp garam masala,1/8th tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, water and mix well.

  • Now add capsicum cubes in the prepared batter and mix well.

  • Heat oil for frying.

  • Deep fry pakoda on medium heat till golden brown..
