  • Prepreparation

    Boil 1/2 cup sweet corns and mash.

  • For canapes

    In a pan on low heat, melt 1 tsp butter.

  • In the heated butter add 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum and stir fry for a minute.

  • Now add boiled mashed corn, 2 tbsp cream cheese, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp red chilly flakes and 1/4th tsp mixed herbs.

  • Mix it well.

  • Spread the prepared mixture on canapes.

  • Top it with 1 tsp chopped red capsicum and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Serve a fun snack immediately.
