A starter loved by all filled with melting cheese and sweet corn is undoubtedly healthy and simple to make.
Boil 1/2 cup sweet corns and mash.
In a pan on low heat, melt 1 tsp butter.
In the heated butter add 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum and stir fry for a minute.
Now add boiled mashed corn, 2 tbsp cream cheese, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp red chilly flakes and 1/4th tsp mixed herbs.
Mix it well.
Spread the prepared mixture on canapes.
Top it with 1 tsp chopped red capsicum and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Serve a fun snack immediately.
