- Step 1 Blend 2 tbsp chopped palak into a paste.
- Step 2 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp boiled mashed sweet potato, spinach paste, 1 tbsp chopped violet cabbage, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1 tbsp suji, salt as per taste and mix well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds.
- Step 4 Shape into tikkis.
- Step 5 Take a pan, heat 2 tsp oil, and shallow fry the tikkis until crisp and golden brown.
- Step 6 Serve hot with tomato ketchup. Enjoy.
