Steps
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp boiled mashed sweet potato, spinach paste, 1 tbsp chopped violet cabbage, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp mango powder, 1 tbsp suji and mix well
- Step 2 Shape into tikkis
- Step 3 Take a pan, heat oil as required and shallow fry the cutlets
- Step 4 Serve hot with tomato ketchup
- Step 5 Enjoy
