  • In a bowl, add 2 tbsp boiled mashed sweet potato, spinach paste, 1 tbsp chopped violet cabbage, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp mango powder, 1 tbsp suji and mix well.

  • Shape into tikkis.

  • Take a pan, heat oil as required and shallow fry the cutlets.

  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup. Enjoy.
