Homemade quick cabbage and potato veggie that gives a healthy mix of starch and fiber. Satiating and energy rich bhaji best eaten with roti. Wrap it and pack it for a hassle free healthy tiffin box meal.
For making cabbage potato bhaji
Heat pan, add 1/4 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 6 kadi patta and saute it well.
Then add 1/2 cup chopped cabbage, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder and add water as required.
Add 1/4 cup boiled & diced potato and saute it well.
Cook for few minutes.
Serve hot with chapati. Enjoy.
