Cabbage Potato Bhaji Recipe

Homemade quick cabbage and potato veggie that gives a healthy mix of starch and fiber. Satiating and energy rich bhaji best eaten with roti. Wrap it and pack it for a hassle free healthy tiffin box meal.

1/2 Cup(48.0 gm) Cabbage (Chopped)

1/4 Cup(42.0 gm) Potato (Diced)

1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Green Chilli (Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder

1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil

As Required(20.0 ml) Water
  • Boil 1/4th cup boil and dice potatoes.

  • For making cabbage potato bhaji

  • Heat pan, add 1/4th tsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli, 6 kadi patta and saute it well.

  • Then add 1/2 cup chopped cabbage, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder and add water as required.

  • Add 1/4 cup boiled & diced potato and saute it well.

  • Cook for few minutes.

  • Serve hot with chapati. Enjoy.
