Steps
- Step 1 In a pan heat, 1 tsp oil then add 1 tsp chopped garlic,1/8th cup julienne onion, and saute them
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp grated carrot 1/2 tsp soya sauce,1/4th tsp black pepper powder,1 red chilly,1/2 cup julienned cabbage,1/4th tsp salt and mix well
- Step 3 Put a lid and cook it, remove it on a plate
- Step 4 In a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil add egg and stir then add cabbage mixture,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, and mix them well
- Step 5 Serve Hot
