1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1 Number(0.75 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Soya Sauce
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Spring Onion
1/8 Julienne Cup(14.0 gm) Onion
1/8 Egg Whole(5.0 gm) Egg
1 Grated Tbsp(9.0 gm) Carrot
1/2 Julienne Cup(49.0 gm) Cabbage
  • In a pan heat, 1 tsp oil then add 1 tsp chopped garlic,1/8th cup julienne onion, and saute them.

  • Add 1 tbsp grated carrot 1/2 tsp soya sauce,1/4th tsp black pepper powder,1 red chilly,1/2 cup julienned cabbage,1/4th tsp salt and mix well.

  • Put a lid and cook it, remove it on a plate.

  • In a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil add egg and stir then add cabbage mixture,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, and mix them well.

  • Serve Hot.
