For dhokla
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/4 cup suji, 2 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1/8 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp salt and a little water.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrot.
- Step 3 Mix well and add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/2 tsp fruit salt and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 4 Mix well. Keep aside.
- Step 5 Grease a plate, pour the prepared mixture and allow it to steam.

For tadka
- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 4 kadi patta and saute.
- Step 3 Top the dhoklas with the prepared tadka and serve hot with chutney.
