Boil 1/4th cup potatoes
For making Cabbage cutlet
In a bowl, add 1/4th cup boiled potato, 1 tbsp cabbage, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp green chillies, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp mango powder,1 tbsp suji. Mix well.
Shape into Cutlets.
Take a pan, heat oil as required and shallow fry the cutlets.
Serve hot with Tomato ketchup. Enjoy.
