- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1/8 cup boiled diced potato, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder and mix well.
- Step 2
Give it a Nestle twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 3
Add 1 tbsp suji for binding and mix well.
- Step 4
Take small portions of the mixture and shape each into round cutlets.
- Step 5
Heat a pan, add 2 tsp oil, and place cutlets.
- Step 6
Shallow fry the cutlets until golden brown and crispy.
- Step 7
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
