Cabbage Cutlet Recipe

1/4 Cup(41.0 gm) Boiled Potato (Diced)

1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Green Chilli (Chopped)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder

1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Mango Powder

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
  • Prepreparation

    Boil 1/4th cup potatoes

  • Preparation

    For making Cabbage cutlet

  • In a bowl, add 1/4th cup boiled potato, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp green chillies, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp mango powder,1 tbsp suji. Mix well.

  • Shape into Cutlets.

  • Take a pan, heat oil as required and shallow fry the cutlets.

  • Serve hot with Tomato ketchup. Enjoy.
