- Step 1 To make the frankie in 1/8 cup wheat flour, add spinach puree and knead into a dough, roll out and roast it on a pan and make a roti.
- Step 2 In a heated kadai, add 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 3 tbsp chopped cabbage, add boiled chana dal, 1/4 tsp salt, mix well, then add 1 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and 1 tbsp grated cheese.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding paneer.
- Step 4 Saute the mixture and keep it aside.
- Step 5 Take the roti and place the stuffing on one side
- Step 6 Roll the roti with stuffing and serve.
