- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1 tbsp of chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped green cabbage, 1 tbsp grated cauliflower, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Add the cooked quinoa and mashed potato and mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 4 Shape a tikki from the mashed mix.
- Step 5 In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 6 Coat the tikki with 2 tsp bread crumbs and shallow fry until it turns golden brown.
- Step 7 Flip the tikki and cook.
- Step 8 Now, take 1 whole wheat burger bun.
- Step 9 Slice it open through the center.
- Step 10 Apply 2 tsp tomato ketchup and 2 tsp mayonnaise.
- Step 11 Next, add 2 slices of fresh tomato, 2 slices of onion, and 1 lettuce leaf.
- Step 12 Place the tikki on the bun.
- Step 13 Cover the bun and serve.
