- Step 1 Heat a pan, add 1.5 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera and let it crackle
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp hing, 2 tbsp chopped tomato and cook until soft
- Step 3 Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 4 Add 3/4 cup julienne cabbage, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 cup grated carrot and 1 tbsp boiled peas
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 6 Cook over low flame until all flavors combine well
- Step 7 Serve with chapati.
