Steps
- Step 1
Heat In a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp hing, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute.
- Step 2
Season with 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp salt for taste and mix everything.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 cup chopped cabbage and cook until it softens.
- Step 4
Add 1/4 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 6
Add 1/4 cup grated carrot and cook for a minute.
- Step 7
Serve warm with chapati and salad.
