A mix of vegetables cooked together brings in many nutrients, potassium, dietary fiber, vitamin A, and vitamin C necessary for the growth of a body. Cabbage and carrot bhaji is a yummy combination to go with your roti.
For making cabbage carrot bhaji
In a pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp hing, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4th tsp dry red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp salt. Saute well.
Add 1/2 cup chopped cabbage, 1/4th tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th cup grated carrot. Mix well.
Serve with chapati. Enjoy.
