Cabbage Capsicum Dry Vegetable Recipe

Cabbage Capsicum sabzi is a very easy peasy cooked in just 20 minutes. A very tasty and dry sabzi to serve with chapati or rice, can also be packed in kids tiffin box.

1/4 Tsp(0.95 gm) Black Urad Dal

1/8 Tsp(0.27 gm) Green Chilli (Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi

5 No.(0.55 gm) Kadi Patta

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1/4 Tsp(0.83 ml) Oil

As Required(10.0 ml) Water
  • Take a kadhai and add 1/4th tsp oil, 1/4th tsp chopped green chili, 1/4th tsp rai, 5 kadi patta, 1/2 tsp black urad dal, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp haldi, 5 tbsp chopped cabbage and mix well.

  • Cover with a lid and cook for 3 minutes on medium flame.

  • Finally add 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut and cook for a minute.

  • Serve hot with chapati. Enjoy.
