Cabbage Capsicum sabzi is a very easy peasy cooked in just 20 minutes. A very tasty and dry sabzi to serve with chapati or rice, can also be packed in kids tiffin box.
Take a kadhai and add 1/4th tsp oil, 1/4th tsp chopped green chili, 1/4th tsp rai, 5 kadi patta, 1/2 tsp black urad dal, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp haldi, 5 tbsp chopped cabbage and mix well.
Cover with a lid and cook for 3 minutes on medium flame.
Finally add 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut and cook for a minute.
Serve hot with chapati. Enjoy.
