- Step 1 In 1/8 cup wheat flour, add beetroot juice, grated beetroot and knead into a dough, roll and roast it on a pan and make a roti.
- Step 2 In a kadai, add 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 3 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1/2 tsp vinegar, 1/4 tsp salt, mix well, add 1 tsp garam masala and 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.
- Step 3 Give a nestle Twist by adding moong sprouts.
- Step 4 Saute the mixture and keep it aside.
- Step 5 Take a roti and place the stuffing on one side
- Step 6 Roll the roti with stuffing and serve.
