A quick and satiating breakfast/snack with a vegetable, paneer served with ketchup is a perfect balanced meal.
In a kadai, add 1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage, 2 tsp grated paneer, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp salt and saute.
Now add 1/8th tsp red chilly powder and mix.
Apply 2 tsp butter on 2 bread slices 2 slices of brown bread.
Add in prepared mixture.
Grill sandwich on each sides making sure it turns golden brown.
Serve with tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
