- Step 1 Heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil, 5 tbsp chopped cabbage, 3 tbsp grated paneer, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp salt and saute.
- Step 2 Add 1/8 tsp red chilli powder and mix everything together
- Step 3 Apply 2 tsp butter on 2 wheat bread slices evenly
- Step 4 On one slice add the vegetable mixture, spread evenly and cover with another bread slice
- Step 5 Heat a griller, place the sandwich and grill until crisp and golden brown.
- Step 6 Serve with tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
