Cabbage And Paneer Grilled Sandwich Recipe

A quick and satiating breakfast/snack with a vegetable, paneer served with ketchup is a perfect balanced meal.

2 Slice(50.0 gm) Brown Wheat Bread

2 Tsp(7.0 gm) Paneer (Grated)

1 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Cabbage(Chopped)

1/8 Tsp(0.19 gm) Red Chilly Powder

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Butter

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • In a kadai, add 1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage, 2 tsp grated paneer, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp salt and saute.

  • Now add 1/8th tsp red chilly powder and mix.

  • Apply 2 tsp butter on 2 bread slices 2 slices of brown bread.

  • Add in prepared mixture.

  • Grill sandwich on each sides making sure it turns golden brown.

  • Serve with tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
