  • In a kadai, add 1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage, 2 tsp grated paneer, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp salt and saute.

  • Now add 1/8 tsp red chilly powder and mix.

  • Apply 2 tsp butter on 2 bread slices of brown bread.

  • Add prepared mixture in it.

  • Grill sandwich on each sides making sure it turns golden brown.

  • Serve with tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
