- Step 1
For Butterscotch Sauce
In a pan add 1.5 tbsp sugar and caramelize it.
- Step 2
Add 1 tsp butter,1 tsp fresh cream and mix it well.
- Step 3
For Phirni
Soak and grind 1 tbsp rice into a coarse paste.
- Step 4
In a pan, heat 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk till it comes to a boil.
- Step 5
Lower the flame and add butterscotch sauce and rice paste. Mix well and allow to simmer.
- Step 6
When it starts to simmer, add water as required to adjust consistency, 1/2 tbsp chopped almonds, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder and stir well.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding pistachios.
- Step 8
Continue stirring till the mixture thickens
- Step 9
Pour in serving bowl and serve chilled
