1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Cream
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.25 gm) Green Elaichi
1 Chopped Tbsp(5.0 gm) Almond
1.5 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Sugar
2 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Rice
1 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
  • For Butterscotch Sauce

    In a pan add 1.5 tbsp sugar and caramelized it.

  • Add into the 1 tsp butter,1 tsp fresh cream and mix it well.

  • For Phirni

    In a pan, heat 0.5 cup Nestlé A+ Milk till it comes to a boil.

  • Lower the flame and add butterscotch sauce,rice mixture. Mix well and allow to simmer.

  • When it starts to simmer, add water as required, 1/2 tbsp chopped almond, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder and stir well.

  • Continue stirring till the mixture thickens

  • Pour in serving bowl and serve chilled
