Butterscotch Modak Recipe

1 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Cream
2 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Butter
1 Chopped Tbsp(32.0 gm) Almond
2 Grated Tbsp(7.0 gm) Dry Coconut
2 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Sugar
  • Add 2 tbsp sugar into a pan and allow it to melt on low heat.

  • Once the sugar is melted add 2 tbsp butter into it and combine well.

  • Add 1 tbsp fresh cream and mix well, your butterscotch sauce is ready.

  • Now, add half of this sauce into 4 tbsp almond powder mixed with 2 tbsp grated coconut and mix gently.

  • Add almond flour mix into a modak mould and fill the remaining sauce as stuffing into it.

  • Shape into modak and serve.
