Steps
- Step 1 Add 2 tbsp sugar into a pan and allow it to melt on low heat
- Step 2 Once the sugar is melted add 2 tbsp butter into it and combine well
- Step 3 Add 1 tbsp fresh cream and mix well, your butterscotch sauce is ready
- Step 4 Now, add half of this sauce into 4 tbsp almond powder mixed with 2 tbsp grated coconut and mix gently
- Step 5 Add almond flour mix into a modak mould and fill the remaining sauce as stuffing into it
- Step 6 Shape into modak and serve
