Add 2 tbsp sugar into a pan and allow it to melt on low heat.
Once the sugar is melted add 2 tbsp butter into it and combine well.
Add 1 tbsp fresh cream and mix well, your butterscotch sauce is ready.
Now, add half of this sauce into 4 tbsp almond powder mixed with 2 tbsp grated coconut and mix gently.
Add almond flour mix into a modak mould and fill the remaining sauce as stuffing into it.
Shape into modak and serve.
