- Step 1 Heat a pan, add 1/2 tsp butter, pour a ladle of the batter and spread it evenly
- Step 2 Cover and cook until crispy and golden brown
- Step 3 Spread 1/2 butter on the uttapam and flip it.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 5 Serve hot with coconut chutney.
- Step 6 For the Chutney
- Step 7 In a mixer jar, add 1.5 tbsp grated dry coconut, 1.5 tbsp chana dal, 1/4 tsp green chilli, 1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1/8 tsp salt with little water
- Step 8 Grind until smooth and it is ready
