- Step 1 Heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil, add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1.5 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1.5 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1.5 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/4 tsp oregano and mix well
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 4 Turn off the flame and set the mixture aside.
- Step 5 In a bowl add 3.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1/2 tsp white til, 1/8 tsp salt, 1.5 tsp butter and mix well.
- Step 6 Pour in a little water and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 7 Divide into even=sized balls and roll each to a round shape
- Step 8 Heat a tava, place the roti and roast on both sides until light brown
- Step 9 Take a roti, on one side, place the vegetable mixture and top it up with grated cheese and fold it
- Step 10 Heat a tawa, place the quesadilla and roast until crisp using butter
- Step 11 Cut into half and serve hot.
