Butter Milk Recipe

Its a super easy drink and very common drink in every Indian households! Its very easy to digest also rich in calcium, phosphorus,vitamin B12 and other vital nutrients

Nutritional info

3 Tbsp(43.0 gm) Curd
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
As Required(150.0 ml) Water
  • In a blender add 3 tbsp curd, 1/8th tsp salt and water.

  • Blend well.

  • Serve chill.
