In a bowl, add 1/3 cup maida,2 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd,1 tbsp grated cheese,1/2 tsp Salt, 1/8th tsp baking soda,1/8th tsp baking powder, water as required. Mix Well
Knead into dough. Dust rolling pin.
Roll dough into kulcha.
Heat a nonstick Pan. Place the kulcha on it.
Add 2 tsp Butter from sides of kulcha.
Flip and Roast from both sides Properly.
