Butter Cheese Kulcha Recipe

1/3 Cup(42.0 gm) Maida
1.0 Grated Tbsp(8.0 gm) Cheese
1.0 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
2.0 Tsp(8.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
0.13 Tsp(0.67 gm) Baking Soda
1/8 Tsp(0.43 gm) Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Butter
5.0 Ml(5.0 ml) Water
  • In a bowl, add 1/3 cup maida,2 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd,1 tbsp grated cheese,1/2 tsp Salt, 1/8th tsp baking soda,1/8th tsp baking powder, water as required. Mix Well

  • Knead into dough. Dust rolling pin.

  • Roll dough into kulcha.

  • Heat a nonstick Pan. Place the kulcha on it.

  • Add 2 tsp Butter from sides of kulcha.

  • Flip and Roast from both sides Properly.

  • Serve Hot.
