10.0 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
  • In a bowl, add 4 tbsp maida,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk,2 tsp Nestlé A+ Curd,1 tbsp grated cheese,1/2 tsp Salt, 1/8th tsp baking soda,1/8th tsp baking powder, water as required. Mix Well

  • Knead into dough. Dust rolling pin.

  • Roll dough into kulcha.

  • Heat a nonstick Pan. Place the kulcha on it.

  • Add 2 tsp Butter from sides of kulcha.

  • Flip and Roast from both sides Properly.

  • Serve Hot.
