- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/3 cup maida,2 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tbsp grated cheese, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/8 tsp baking soda,1/8 tsp baking powder
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Pour water as required and knead into a semisoft dough.
- Step 4 Divide into equal parts and roll each into a kulcha.
- Step 5 Heat a nonstick pan and place the kulcha on it.
- Step 6 Add 2 tsp butter and roast it from both sides.
- Step 7 Serve Hot with any curry or dal.
