1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion (Chopped)
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato (Chopped)
1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Cucumber (Chopped)
1 Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Olives (Chopped)
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
1/8 Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper (Powder)
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Cup(36.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1 Tbsp(17.0 gm) Rajma
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Rice
1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion (Chopped)
1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Cheese (Grated)
1 Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
2 Tsp(13.0 ml) Red Chilli Sauce
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
1 Tsp(2.0 ml) Olive Oil
As Required(100.0 ml) Water
  • For Salsa

    Take a bowl and add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato,1 tbsp chopped cucumber,1 tsp chopped green olive,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp jeera powder and mix well.

  • For Burrito

    In a pan, heat 1 tsp olive oil add boiled rajma,1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/8 tsp dhania powder,1/8 tsp red chilly powder, 2 tsp red chilli sauce,1/2 tsp lemon juice,1 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.

  • In a pan, keep the prepared chapatti, add cooked rice in half of the chapatti, add the rajma stuffing, add prepared salsa, 1 tbsp grated cheese add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Fold to Make Burritos. Apply 1 tsp ghee on both sides, cover and cook.

  • Serve hot.
