Burritos are one of those meals that truly never get old. There are a million ways to customize your wrap. They're quick, they're easy, they're a complete meal contained in a handy wrap.
Soak and boil 1tbsp Rajma.
Take 1/4th cup Whole wheat flour and make a large sized chapati.
Cook 1 tbsp rice.
Take a bowl and add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped cucumber,1 tsp chopped green olive,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp jeera powder
and mix well.
Take a pan and heat 1 tsp olive oil add boiled rajma,1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/8th tsp coriander powder,1/8th tsp red chilly powder,2 tsp red chilli sauce,1 tsp lemon juice,1 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.
Take a pan and keep the prepared chapati, add cooked rice in half of the chapati, add the rajma stuffing, add prepared salsa, 1tbsp grated cheese add chopped coriander leaves.
Fold to Make Burritos apply butter on both sides and cover and cook.
