Burritos are one of those meals that truly never get old. There are a million ways to customise your wrap. They're quick, easy and a complete meal contained in a handy wrap.
Take a bowl and add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato,1 tbsp chopped cucumber,1 tsp chopped green olive,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp jeera powder and mix well.
In a pan, heat 1 tsp olive oil add boiled rajma,1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/8 tsp dhania powder,1/8 tsp red chilly powder, 2 tsp red chilli sauce,1/2 tsp lemon juice,1 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.
In a pan, keep the prepared chapatti, add cooked rice in half of the chapatti, add the rajma stuffing, add prepared salsa, 1 tbsp grated cheese add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
Fold to Make Burritos. Apply 1 tsp ghee on both sides, cover and cook.
