  • In a pan, heat 1 tsp butter.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, saute till golden brown.

  • Add 1/8th cup diced red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp diced baby corn, 3 broccoli florets and mix well.

  • Add water, mix and add 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/8th tsp garam masala, 1 tsp corn flour mixed with water.

  • Boil and let the soup thicken.

  • Serve the soup piping hot.
