- Step 1 Heat a pan, add 2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli and saute
- Step 2 Add 3 tbsp diced carrot, 3 tbsp diced baby corn and cook for a minute
- Step 3 Add 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 cup coconut milk and pour in little water
- Step 4 Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped basil leaves,1/2 tsp soya sauce and mix well.
- Step 5 In a bowl, add the boiled spaghetti, pour the vegetable coconut curry and top it up with fried peanuts
- Step 6 Sprinkle 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes and garnish with 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped almonds
- Step 8 Serve hot.
