- Step 1
For Patty
In a bowl, add 4 tbsp boiled and chopped yam, 2 tbsp grated paneer, 1 tbsp grated cauliflower, boiled masoor dal, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum,2 tbsp bread crumbs, 1/4 tsp chilli powder,1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding corns.
- Step 3
Mash and mix it well.
- Step 4
Shape the mixture into pattice.
- Step 5
In a frying pan, shallow fry with 1 tsp oil on both the sides and keep it aside.

For Burger
Take 3 burger bun.
- Step 7
Cut it into half.
- Step 8
Spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise on the cut bun.
- Step 9
Add 3 lettuce leaf, 1 prepared patty over it, 3 cheese slice, 9 slices of cucumber, 6
- Step 10
slices of onion, 9 slices of tomato.
- Step 11
Cover it with another half of the bun and serve it.
