- Step 1 In a bowl add cooked jowar, mashed potato, 1.5 tsp grated fresh coconut, 1/8 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp garam masala, 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp salt and boiled peas
- Step 2 Mix all ingredients well
- Step 3 Mix in 1 tbsp rice flour for binding and mix again.
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 5 Divide the mixture into 2 halves and shape them to a cutlet and keep aside.
- Step 6 Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp oil, place the cutlets and cook on both sides until crisp and golden brown and keep aside.
- Step 7 In a bowl, add 1/8 cup julienne carrot, 1/8 cup julienne cabbage, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and mix everything together
- Step 8 Cut a burger bun into half, place a lettuce on the lower half of the bun followed by the jowar pea cutlet
- Step 9 Top it up with coleslaw and spread it evenly and add 4 onion slice, 1 tomato slice and cover with the other half of the bun.
- Step 10 Serve with ketchup.
