- Step 1 Heat a nonstick pan with 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp butter, add 1/2 tsp jeera, 1 bay leaf, 3 black peppercorns, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp chopped garlic, and saute.
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp fresh peas, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum and cook for a minute
- Step 3 Add tomato onion puree, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, salt as per taste and simmer for a minute
- Step 4 Turn off the flame and set aside
- Step 5 Next, heat a nonstick pan over low flame and brush it with little oil
- Step 6 Make a layer of cooked buckwheat, layer it with vegetable gravy and repeat the process.
- Step 7 Garnish with 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 8 Give a Nestle Twist by adding cashewnut.
- Step 9 Cover and cook it on a low flame until all flavors combine.
- Step 10 Drizzle 1 tsp lemon juice
- Step 11 Serve hot with plain Nestlé A+ Curd or raita
