- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/4 cup buckwheat flour, 1/4 cup grated bottle gourd, 2 tbsp sprouted whole moong, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, and salt as per taste.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Add water as required to make a smooth thick batter.
- Step 4 Heat a nonstick pan, brush it with 1 tsp oil, and pour a ladleful of the batter.
- Step 5 Roast it from one side then flip it gently and cook another side till crispy.
- Step 6 Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd or chutney.
