For Wrap Base
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/4 cup buckwheat flour, 2 tbsp wheat flour, and salt as per taste.
- Step 2 Add lukewarm water as required and knead to make a dough.
- Step 3 Roll to make round paratha.
- Step 4 In a nonstick pan, roast the paratha on both sides using ½ tsp oil.

For Soya Vegetable
- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp oil and add 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8 cup each of julienne carrot, cabbage, green capsicum, and saute.
- Step 2 Add soaked soya chunks, 1/2 tsp soya sauce, 1/4 tsp mixed herbs, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and salt as per taste.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.

For Assembling
- Step 1 Place the wrap base and spread 1 tsp schezwan chutney, the prepared stuffing, 1/8 cup julienne onion, and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 2 Wrap and serve hot.
