Buckwheat Oats Pancake Recipe

Buckwheat is a grain-like seeds that are extremely rich in proteins, fibre, antioxidants and minerals. Buckwheat Oats Pancake is a gluten-free and healthy alternative for refined wheat. It can be had with bananas and honey for either breakfast or an evening snack.

20.0 Ml(20.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
2.0 Flour Tbsp(17.0 gm) Buckwheat
2.0 Flour Tbsp(12.0 gm) Oats
2.0 Powder Tbsp(22.0 gm) Sugar
1.0 Egg Whole(45.0 gm) Egg
0.13 Tsp(0.42 gm) Vanilla Extract
0.13 Tsp(0.45 gm) Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Butter
  • Take a bowl and add 2 tbsp Buckwheat Flour,2 tbsp Oats Flour,2 tbsp Powder Sugar, 1/8th tsp Baking Powder, 1/8th tsp Salt and mix well.

  • Add 20 ml Nestlé A+ Milk, 1 Egg,1/8th tsp Vanilla Extract and mix well.

  • Heat a pan and addc1/2 tsp Butter and spread the batter.

  • Cover & Cook the pancake from both the sides.

  • Serve Hot
