- Step 1 Sieve 1/2 cup buckwheat flour, 2 tbsp besan and mix.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 cup chopped methi leaves, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp chopped kadi patta, 2 tsp jeera and salt as per taste.
- Step 3 Add water as required to form a smooth thick batter without any lumps.
- Step 4 Heat a nonstick pan, brush it with 2 tsp oil, and spread a ladleful of the batter.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 6 Roast it from one side then flip it gently and cook another side till crispy
- Step 7 Serve hot with coconut chutney.
