1/4 Cup(30.0 gm) Jowar Flour
1/4 Cup(31.0 gm) Buckwheat Flour
1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
4.0 Number(80.0 gm) Dates, Medjool
1/4 Tsp(0.89 gm) Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Baking Soda
2 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Butter
  • Puree the 4 dates and set aside.

  • Add 2 tbsp butter, melt it, add dates puree, 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and mix well.

  • Add 1/4 cup buckwheat flour, 1/4 cup jowar flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp baking powder and mix well.

  • Pour batter in waffle iron, remove when done and serve.
