Buckwheat Idli Chaat Recipe

  • Prepreparation

    Soak, ferment 4 tbsp buckwheat and 2 tbsp black urad dal, blend into batter.

  • Grease idli mould with 1 tsp oil.

  • Pour idli batter in the idli mould.

  • Steam till it is cooked.

  • Cut idli into pieces.

  • Spread curd on idli, add 1/2 tsp jaggery, 1/4th tsp salt, sprinkle 1/2 tsp chat masala, 1 tsp tamarind pulp, 1 tsp chopped mint leaves, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilly, 3 tsp pomegranate.
