A rich food full of goodness, buckwheat has multiple benefits in store. It's a low calorie, filling and healthy breakfast option. It fills the tummy and does not make one feel lethargic. It provides energy and is easy to digest.
Soak, ferment 4 tbsp buckwheat and 2 tbsp black urad dal, blend into batter.
Grease idli mould with 1 tsp oil.
Pour idli batter in the idli mould.
Steam till it is cooked.
Cut idli into pieces.
Spread curd on idli, add 1/2 tsp jaggery, 1/4th tsp salt, sprinkle 1/2 tsp chat masala, 1 tsp tamarind pulp, 1 tsp chopped mint leaves, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilly, 3 tsp pomegranate.
