Steps
- Step 1 Soak 2 tbsp buckwheat and 2 tbsp urad dal
- Step 2 Ferment overnight, blend with water and make smooth paste
- Step 3 Grease idli mould with 1 tsp oil
- Step 4 Pour idli batter in the idli mould
- Step 5 Steam till it is cooked and cut idli into pieces
- Step 6 Spread 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Curd on idli, add 1 tsp jaggery, 1/8 tsp salt, sprinkle 1/4 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp tamarind pulp, 1 tsp chopped pudina, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilly, 1 tbsp pomegranate
- Step 7 Serve fresh
