2.0 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Buckwheat
2.0 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Urad Dal
0.13 Cup(30.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
1.0 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Pomegranate
1.0 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
1.0 Chopped Tsp(0.76 gm) Pudina
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli
1.0 Tsp(5.0 gm) Tamarind
1.0 Tsp(5.0 gm) Jaggery
1/4 Tsp(0.48 gm) Chaat Masala
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
150.0 Ml(150.0 ml) Water
Grease idli mould with 1 tsp oil.
Pour idli batter in the idli mould.
Steam till it is cooked.
Cut idli into pieces.
Spread 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Curd on idli, add 1 tsp jaggery, 1/8 tsp salt, sprinkle 1/4 tsp chat masala, 1 tsp tamarind pulp, 1 tsp chopped pudina, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilly, 1 tbsp pomegranate.
